Angelite crystals are said to calm anxiety, connect you to spirit guides, and align your life in perfect order. I worked with Angelite this week to see if any of those things would happen.
Here is how I worked with Angelite crystals this week:
- I practiced manifesting (and was quite good at it, which you can see in my blog)
- Daily journaling
- Meditating using guided Angelite meditations
- Yoga
- Carrying it with me daily
I know there are other ways to work with crystals, but these were my main focus points this week.

Here is my video about Angelite in case you prefer to watch:
Day 1 – CBD Oil for Focus, Angelite Crystals for Peace
I have GOT to get a hold on my inability to focus. It drives me absolutely wild. Several people recommended a specific store that sold CBD oil that they like, so I went and got it.

I’m not a “weed person.” I either feel like it does absolutely nothing, or at best it feels like being drunk but with an added fear of a surprise drug test. It’s just not for me. CBD, however, is supposed to do wonders and since so many people I know love this, I might as well try.
What sucks is that it doesn’t work right away – you have to give it at least a week to build up. Okay, fine, I can work with Angelite while I wait.
Day 2 – Relationships and Work
I’m in a long-term relationship and due to Covid lockdowns, we haven’t seen a lot of each other lately. We got to see each other twice today which was really great. We both work from home so it was nice to “play house” for a bit.

My housing situation hasn’t changed from when I complained about it before, but my outlook on it has changed. My situation doesn’t bother me as much now.
I found another Adam Barralett meditation which was great:
I just continue to struggle to focus and I’m really hoping to have a handle on that soon.
Day 3 – Detours
I had a whole To Do list today and pretty much nothing got done. Three different places I planned to go were closed.
When working with my “Art of Bliss” book by Tess Whitehurst, she talks about “being in exactly the right place at exactly the right time.” I’m hoping that was the case today because nothing seemed to work out.

Day 4 – Going Inward
I have seasonal depression, and living in Michigan means I’m depressed for 10 months a year. We have now entered the point of the year where there is no hope for warmer days to come. It is now cold and will continue to be until about May.
Ugh.
I’m determined to find value in it this year, unlike my whole entire life where I just become sad for months.

Here are the benefits of cold weather:
- I stay inside 100% of the time, so I can get a lot of work done
- I can deep clean the whole house
- Inside I can be as warm as I want
- ??? I don’t know what else
Hopefully I’ll think of more as I go. I’m determined to be better this winter.
Day 5 – Gloom and Brightness
Today was grey and cold all day. I worked hard and managed to keep going, taking brief sadness pauses. I’m finding that if I start to get sad, I can pause and clear my head for a second, then continue what I’m doing. I don’t know what that’s called, if it’s healthy or not, but what are my alternatives?
My cousin stopped by today and was the one bright spot in my day. I also did this Angelite meditation:
Day 6 – Living in Synchronicity
Earlier this week, I decided I was ready to welcome more clients into my session singing career. I do it full time, but for the last few weeks I backed off and took in less work. Some of it was due to depression, some was due to simply focusing on this blog and my writing.
Last night I had a tidal wave of interest, including 5 new clients. Since part of Angelite means living in divine flow, we can perhaps attribute this manifestation to Angelite. However, it’s not a scientific, measurable result, so whether or not it worked is up to you and what you think. I’d like to be optimistic and think it is due, at least in part, to my lovely Angelite. I do so enjoy it’s beautiful presence and its calming energy. I really do feel connected to it.

Many articles say it helps the throat chakra (which may impact my singing career I guess?) but I feel it more connected to my heart chakra for some reason. I don’t know why.
Day 7 – Finding the Focus
Holy crap, that CBD does work. It takes a while to build up I guess, but today I really felt the effects. I was able to focus and get sh*t done without getting distracted, which is so rare for me.
The one downside is that I become instantly, intensely focused on whatever crosses my path. I discovered this when I accidentally watched Key & Peele for 3 hours straight.
My hack will be to just set up whatever I need to focus on ahead of time so that I can’t get distracted.
All of this said, I’m taking a break from crystals for a week. I need to just rest for a bit and I’ve been non-stop crystals for a month now.
Here are my results working with Angelite:
- I definitely noticed a manifesting ability, where I thought “I’d like more work” and instantly got a lot more work
- I found a solution to my lack of focus
- Although I did NOT connect to any angels, I didn’t really try so I can’t confirm if that worked or not
Here are my top tips to work with Angelite:
- Journaling is imperative, it is my top tip to work with any crystal
- Practice manifesting, and/or connecting to your spirit guides
- Pay attention to the synchronicity in life. How do things line up in your life, and how might that work to your benefit?
- Meditate using guided meditations, either for Angelite or to connect with spirit guides
If you want to work with Angelite Crystals or any other crystals, I have a free worksheet to connect with any crystal. Get yours by signing up here:

If you want your own Angelite to work with, here is a link to order one online. You can also order a larger, touchstone piece here. I know it’s tough to order crystals online, but sometimes it’s fun to see what you get and you can stay socially distant!

If you want to follow along and work with your own Angelite, please do! You can join us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. You can also pin this to come back to it later. Let me know how you use Angelite and what you think of it!

I got a special piece of Angelite about a month ago. This one has a ‘heartbeat’ and I feel very connected to it. Keeping it with me really puts a lid on my severe anxiety and I find it a little easier to communicate even in very emotional or stressful situations. However, I want to actually connect to this crystal. I just wasn’t sure how to open the connection. Reading your post and seeing what you experienced just encouraged me further to find a way. I feel like I have a direction to take and at least get started. Maybe a journal would be a great place to start for me; I love writing. Thank you for sharing your journey and some tips with us ๐ I hope you’re doing well! Cheers ^_^
That’s incredible, thank you for sharing your story! Please keep me updated and let me know if you start journaling, I’d love to hear how it goes! โค๏ธ
